April 4th, 2017 -- Green Solutions International will be hosting a public lecture at the UWI open campus, and a mini-workshop for students at the Charlestown Secondary School in Nevis. We will discuss the impacts of climate change on our health, tourism, agriculture and our critical infrastructure.
Dr. Tannecia Stephenson, who is leading the public lecture, is a climate scientist and a lecturer at the University of the West Indies.
Dr. Kimberly Stephenson, directing the mini-workshop for students, is a research assistant in the Department of Physics at the University of the West Indies.
Our launch event presents a great opportunity for members of the general public to be responsible citizens and become aware of environmental issues.
Green Solutions International (GSI) SKN is a non-profit founded in 2017 by executive director Dr. Wayne Archibald to advance energy and environmental sustainability in St. Kitts-Nevis and its neighbors throughout the Caribbean Basin.
