Basseterre, St. Kitts - LIME wishes to apologize for the temporary interruption in telecommunications services that some customers may have experienced earlier this morning following a power outage at the island’s Power Station.
After immediately mobilizing our technicians we were able to restore all services on the fixed line network including Internet early this afternoon. Work is still being undertaken to fully restore our mobile service although service is available island-wide.
We will provide a subsequent update for our customers, when our mobile network returns to full coverage.
LIME extends sincere regrets for the inconvenience which the loss of telecomms service may have caused.
