CHARLESTOWN, Nevis – THE process of rebuilding the Four Seasons’ Resort took a major step forward this week when representatives of Ocean View Construction began recruiting workers at the Methodist Conference Hall in Charlestown.
According to Ocean View Construction Project Manager, Jesus Hinojosa, approximately 400 persons turned up on Monday with the hope of landing jobs as carpenters, masons, painters, dry-wallers and helpers.
Hinojosa said that after collecting the information from the applicants, the company would identify those with the skills they need and call them for an interview. Interviews begin on Thursday (June 18) and will run until June 25 at Four Seasons.
Hinojosa said that successful applicants would be given a contract to sign and would start working on Monday, June 29.
The restoration project is expected to last between six and eight months.
