GIS, 19 July 2017 - Postmaster General, Ms. Pascha Stoutt, has announced the release of the BVI Post’s Stamp Series Undersea Life.
Ms. Stoutt said, “This release is the first of a three part series for 2017 entitled Undersea Life. This stamp issue features a kaleidoscope of vibrant, colourful depictions of various animals, flora and fauna found in the beautiful blue waters throughout the Virgin Islands.” She added that the stamps will make a beautiful addition to any collection.
The Postmaster said the First Day Covers and Mint Sets are now available for purchase at the BVI Philatelic Bureau, at the main post office in Road Town as well as other branches and sub post offices throughout the Virgin Islands.
