In an effort to continue to provide our many loyal fans with the level of pulsating, sweet, and energetic music of the Nu Vybes Band International, the decision has been taken to forgo the St. Kitts Music Festival 2009, given the recent events that have transpired.
As most persons are aware, Mr. Kelvin Kelly, aka “Ras Kelly”, has recently left the Band and the Band is presently reconstructing the sound for which it is renowned.
It is understood that the true 100% Sugar Band fans would be disappointed as they were looking forward to the Band’s performance on Thursday night of this week. However, it is believed that given the loyalty and dedication of the Band’s fan base over the past years, they would understand the situation and bear with the Band as it seeks to maintain the level of music for which the fans have grown to expect and deserve.
It is the Band’s utmost goal to take the music of the Federation to the world, and will endeavour through this transition period to work towards that goal.
