BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – POLICE are investigating a shooting incident in Shadwell Estate that resulted in a young man suffering non-life threatening injuries to his torso.
This incident occurred some time after 8:00 p.m. on Monday (Sept. 18) and a release issued this morning (Sept. 22) stated that police were notified of a young man seeking medical treatment at the JNF General Hospital for gunshot injuries.
It also stated that officers from the Crime Scene Unit went the scene, where they conducted an investigation and gathered forensic evidence.
Police are asking anyone who might have information regarding this or other criminal incidents to share it with them.

Investigations into this incident are ongoing.
