BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS, September 25, 2017 (PLP PR Media Inc.) -- As the 22nd edition of the annual Constituency Number Seven Dr the Hon Timothy Harris Domino League competition entered the ninth round of the round-robin stage, five games were played on Sunday evening September 24.
Molineux met and beat Upsetters at the Molineux Sports Pavilion in a hotly contested game 14-12. Small Corner walked down to Tacky Bar in Hidden Alley, Lodge Village, and managed to beat the home team Sylvers 13-8.
In a game played in Parsons, the visiting Unstoppable lived to their name when they walloped the home team (Parsons) 13-4. Another visiting team that beat a home team was Saddlers that beat Guinness 14-8 at Bernette Bar in Hidden Alley, Lodge Village; while Giants also beat the home team Christchurch 13-7 at Domino House in Mansion.
A sixth game between the defending champions Unity and Tabernacle was played on Saturday September 23 at T-Vill’s Hang Out Spot in Tabernacle Village where Unity beat the home team 13-11. A seventh game in the ninth round, between Lodge and Beers will take place on Wednesday September 27 at the Lodge Community Centre in Lodge Project.
Tenth round of the round-robin stage of the Constituency Number Seven Dr the Hon Timothy Harris Domino League competition will take place on Tuesday September 26 at Tacky Bar in Hidden Alley, Lodge Village (Sylvers vs. Lodge); and Lodge Community Centre in Lodge Project (Molineux vs. Unity).
Other venues will be Bernette Bar in Hidden Alley, Lodge Village (Unstoppable vs. Beers); Shanty Bar, Saddlers (Saddlers vs. Upsetters); Domino House, Mansion (Guinness vs. Christchurch); T-Vill’s Hang Out Spot in Tabernacle Village (Giants vs. Tabernacle); and Parsons (Parsons vs. Small Corner).
