Monday, October 2, 2017 - In an effort to quickly facilitate auto repair estimates, the Tortola Auto Group (TAG) is advising its valued customers to visit or call its head office at Slaney Point (opposite Prospect Reef) to schedule appointments to have outside assessments done.
Operations Manager, Daniel Singh said, “A team from TAG made a valiant effort all day Saturday, September 30 and Sunday, October 1 to do outside estimates by visiting people where their cars are located. These were cars that could not be driven for one reason or another, or in some cases could not be started.”
Singh noted that unfortunately some were missed because either people were not home, or the team could not make contact via telephone, given that communications are still limited in some locations.
To schedule an appointment for an auto repair estimate, the TAG office can be contacted on phone numbers 440-2654 or 494-2600, or via email at alex.devilliers@tagbvi.com.
There will be a two-three day turnaround time for all estimates given the extent of damages to most vehicles and the number of parts which have to be sourced as part of the process.
Singh added that TAG remains committed to the restoration of the Virgin Islands following the recent hurricanes which caused severe damage across the Territory.
