We are continuing the second phase of our Superfast upgrade to the remaining sections of the island in St. Kitts. During this upgrade, customers may experience interruption in their service as we migrate customers to the new equipment.
Customers residing in the areas of Old Road, Green Tree, Verchilds and Newton Ground may experience intermittent service outages from today October 20th until Monday October 23rd.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we assure you that our aim is to deliver a more robust and efficient network with a superior voice and internet experience.
