BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – THE young man for whom the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force had issued a wanted bulletin was turned in to law enforcement officers yesterday (Nov. 3) at the Sandy Point Police Station.
According to a police communiqué, the wanted man, Steve Warde of Cleverly Hill Sandy Point, was taken to the police station yesterday morning by his parents and he is now in custody.
Warde was wanted for larceny and beating a police officer in the execution of his duties and has since been charged with the first alleged offence.
According to the police release, the other charge is expected to follow soon.
