BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – THE 17-year-old girl of The Alley in Sandy Point who reportedly went missing on Sunday (Oct. 29) and was last seen around 7:30 p.m. in Downing Street, Sandy Point but was believed to be somewhere in Basseterre, was found yesterday (Nov. 6) unharmed.
According to a police communiqué, the Sandy Point Police Station had reported that the missing teen, Ruthlyn Williams, was found alive and well.
The police are however making further inquiries as to the reason for her going missing and where she was over those nine days.
The police have also indicated that subsequent to issuing the missing bulletin, members of the public had shown concern for her safe return.
“The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force takes this opportunity to thank all those who assisted the police with this situation,” the communiqué read..
