BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – FOR the third time during her seven-plus years of employ at Kajola Kristada, Annetta Davis has been named that company’s Employee of the Month.
The jovial, bright smiling but yet reserved Monkey Hill resident and mother of twin boys, was declared Employee of the Month of September.
Davis currently works on the Super Trap Line, where she indicated that she enjoys her time getting her work completed within the stipulated timeframe and meeting deadlines.
She told SKNVibes that she enjoys her time with the company – both on the “job and over the years”.
“I like the job a lot,” she said.
Davis pointed out that in the past she had a challenge with punctuality, which was due to the fact that her children were young, but that has however changed as her twin boys are now of age to take care of themselves.
“When they were small I use to get a little struggle because it was just me and their dad and we ain’t had transportation. But now, to me, it is easier...I have to get up early and cook. There is a lot of overtime and I reach home by 8:00 p.m.
“I enjoy all of that and I still do make it to work on time,” she said.
Davis’ supervisor, Valarie Adams has described her as a hardworking and productive individual.
“She’s a very dedicated worker. She’s versatile and hardworking…she learns fast and has good punctuality. Her quality of work is good as well.”
