Omax Bye to stand trial for Mills’ murder

    BASSETERRE, St. Kitts, Jan. 23.2018 – OMAX Bye was yesterday committed to stand trial for the murder of young businessman Gregory Mills.
     
    The 28-year-old businessman, who owned and operated Greg’s Pizza on Cayon Street in Basseterre, was gunned down in the Gillard Meadows area in the St. Peter’s Parish in May last year.
     
    SKNVibes learnt that the young man was driving in the area around 6:00 p.m., when he was shot multiple times by an assailant(s) and died at the scene.
     
    According to information out of the court, the case proceeded to  trial after it was deemed that there was sufficient evidence against Bye in the matter.
     
    He was represented by Marsha Henderson, while DPP Valston Graham and Prosecutor Trevorn Richards represented the crown.
