BASSETERRE, St. Kitts, Feb.04.2018 – POLICE have confirmed that the death of 23-year-old Shaquille Pemberton, was by natural causes.
That disclosure came after an autopsy was conducted on the body by Forensic Pathologist, Dr. Valery Alexandrov.
The body of Pemberton, a resident of New Road, was discovered on January 27, in the Gillards Meadows area.
According to the police, Dr. Alexandrov ruled that the death was due to acute pulmonary failure due to haemorrhagic viral myocarditis and pneumonia.
The body was discovered by a passer-by who reported it to the St. Kitts and Nevis Fire and Rescue Services, who then reported it to the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police.
