Firstly to Ambassador George Gow-Wei Chiou for transmission to the President and Government of the Republic of China (Taiwan) expressing condolences and support on the loss of lives, injury and destruction caused by the recent earthquake and Secondly to Her Excellency Dame Cecile La Grenade, GCMG, OBE, PhD, DSC, Governor-General of Grenada on the occasion of the celebration of Grenada's 44th Anniversary of Independence extending warm congratulations to the Government and People of Grenada.
