Mr. Victor Williams, has outstanding accomplishments in the field of Architecture and Planning with over 35 years’ experience. He currently, holds the post of Principal of Williams Architectural and Director of S.L. Horsfords and Company Limited, amongst others.
Mr. Williams holds a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from The New York Institute of Technology among his many qualifications and experience in his field.
