Basseterre, St. Kitts, March 14, 2018 (RSCNPF): Members of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force executed a search warrant on the premises of Keith Hicks of King Street, Basseterre after midnight on Tuesday (March 13).
As a result of the search, close to 0.5 kg of cocaine was found along with a large portion of compressed Cannabis. The items were taken into police custody along with Keith Hicks.
On Wednesday, March 14, Hicks was charged, on a Warrant in the first Instance, for the offences of Possession of Cannabis, Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Supply, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Supply and Obstruction under the Drug Act.
Investigations into the matter are ongoing.
