Guyanese becomes Federation’s eighth homicide victim

    BASSETERRE, St. Kitts, Mar. 31.2018 -  GUYANESE, Marlon James, who has been a resident of Brown Hill, Nevis is St. Kitts and Nevis’ eighth homicide victim.
     
    James’ body was discovered early this morning in a clump of buses on the side of the road in Hamilton, Nevis.
     
    According to reports confirmed by law enforcement, James’ body bore gunshot wounds; while a section of it was burnt.

    "There were signs of violence and multiple gunshots wounds about the body. The District Medical Doctor arrived at the scene and pronounced him dead," police said in a statement.
     
    According to the police, several items of evidential value were taken into police custody as their investigations continue.
