BASSETERRE, St. Kitts, Apr. 13.2018 – POLICE says that British national Michael Henry Dunn was experiencing difficulty before he passed away in the waters at Shitten Bay.

In a statement today (Apr. 13), law men said that Dunn, a national of the United Kingdom, who was 65 years of age was visiting the federation with his wife on Thursday, April 12.

According to the police, they went on a snorkeling excursion at Shitten Bay at about 10:30 a.m., when after a few minutes in the water, witnesses say Dunn appeared to be gasping for air.

He was subsequently taken from the water and placed back on the vessel and administered CPR by the crew members.

Emergency Medical Service arrived at the Marina at Port Zante to assist when the vessel returned; however, Dunn was not breathing and was later pronounced dead by the District Medical Doctor.
