Teachers Get Huge Boost from FLOW Study for Classroom

    BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS & NEVIS – April 16, 2018 – Flow, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and One on One Educational Services Limited, are providing a suite of services which will allow students to get up to speed with their exam preparations. Students who have been displaced or significantly affected by the hurricanes will have unmatched access to resources and materials to give them all they need for exams.  


    In light of the recent passing of Hurricane Irma and Maria, over 3.4 Million lives, across a number of Caribbean territories, have been upended - some - completely destroyed. In response to this catastrophe, Cable & Wireless International have been providing much-needed assistance in the form of telecommunication services, food, and other supplies.  
    As an extension of this support, Cable & Wireless International, Plc., through our subsidiary, Flow Caribbean, and educational partners, One on One Educational Services Limited, will be providing much-needed online & on-site academic support for both students and teachers who are preparing for May/June 2018 CXC examinations, in countries that were affected by Hurricane Irma and Maria. FLOW cares about education and the community. 
    To execute this, we have partnered with the Ministry of Education. Participating countries are Anguilla, Dominica, Turks & Caicos Islands and St. Kitts & Nevis, who will be coordinating activities among its stakeholders, namely students, teachers, parents and schools. Over the course of the next six (6) weeks, One on One Educational Services Limited will be hosting, within each country, daily on-site & online CXC prep workshops, distributing over 5,000 past paper solution paper-back books and providing unlimited access to Flow Study Online Learning Platform ( We will also be powering Secondary Schools to assist students who are without power or internet connections at home. Caribbean Airlines and Inter Caribbean Airways are also enlisted as partners to help with logistics and shipment of books from the Jamaica Gleaner Company, who are the co-publishers. 
    Flow Study offers a wide range of opportunities for students, teachers and parents. These include Flow Study Live: Log on to Facebook, Twitter or to access live daily streams from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. With Flow Study students can register for CSEC workshops and enter a FLOW Study classroom and learn at their own pace. Flow Study is available when needed. 
    Past paper booklets with over 40,000 questions and their solutions will be distributed to each High School. Teachers can sign up for FLOW Study and use the content to give assignments.
