    April 18th, 2018 -- CARPHA is the Caribbean region's collective response to strengthening and reorienting its health system approach so that it is equipped to address the changing nature of public health challenges. The approach is people-centred and evidence-informed. In this regard, CARPHA is well poised to become a recognized player, not just in the Region, but in public health, globally.

    Operational 1st January 2013; Headquartered in Trinidad and Tobago with campuses in St. Lucia and Jamaica

    CARPHA brings together five (5) Regional Health Institutions (RHIs) together as one strong force under a public health umbrella where issues requiring a regional response can be addressed.
