Charlestown, Nevis – 02 May 2018 -- A persistent Pick 4 player, George Williams, has become one of the latest winners of Caribbean Lottery’s Pick 4 jackpot, taking home $20,000. The lucky Mr. Williams won twice during a period of two weeks, making this his third win altogether!
Mr. Williams, a 40-year-old father of four, says he has been playing Pick 4 every day for the last two years. His optimism has paid off not once, not twice – but three times for him. He previously won prizes of $10,000 and $40,000, making a total winning amount of $70,000.
Pick 4 is Mr. Williams’s favourite game because he “feels that it pays out more once the numbers are right.” He also regularly plays Pick 3, Super Lotto and Lucky Pick.
When asked how he chose his winning numbers, Williams revealed, “In fact, I played this number every day last year. The number came from the license plate of a white Suzuki that I saw, and it stuck with me.”
On hearing the news of his latest remarkable win, Williams admitted that he felt very excited – and a little surprised. “I felt very good! I was also shocked at the amount.”
He added that the win would make a big difference in his life, and in his family’s lives too. “I will help my mother and father with some bills and ease the burden on them. I will also assist my kids with their needs.” He had promised to buy his daughter a car, and is planning to do this a little later. “I will also put some of the money into my savings,” he said.
