BASSETERRE, St. Kitts, May 12.2018 – MEDIA reports have surfaced that wanted Jamaican, 23-year-old Fitzroy Andre Coore, alias 'Bees', from Clarendon, Jamaica, was hiding out in St. Kitts and Nevis, but local law enforcement officials have confirmed that they were not aware of that.
Reports published by Antiguan media, says that Immigration officials nabbed the wanted man as he disembarked LIAT flight 317 from St. Kitts yesterday afternoon at the VC Bird International Airport.
SKNVibes reached out to Commissioner of Police, Ian Queeley today, but he indicated that he was in a meeting up to press time.
Calls to Deputy Commissioner, Hilroy Brandy went unanswered.
But WINN FM in a report published today, stated that the top cop was unaware that the man is wanted in his homeland.
The Commissioner stated that police here did not, and still do not have “any information from either any agency in Jamaica or any other security agency in the region that the individual in question was wanted.” Commissioner Queeley said, however that a press release about the matter would soon be issued – the report stated.
According to information out of Jamaica, Coore is wanted in connection to a murder that reportedly occurred in his hometown.
The Antigua Observer reported that a Grays Farm woman was also taken into custody by police on Antigua and is assisting them with their investigation into the matter.
