(EMU) – St. Kitts, July 11, 2018 -- Each year businesses and philanthropists around the world celebrate the achievements of students at graduation and commencement ceremonies. This year, Faust Richards, founder and proprietor of Creative Perfection Car Wash joins this influential group.

The Creative Perfection Excellence Awards in its inaugural year, 2018, will recognize students from the Federation who excel academically in their end of academic year examinations.  It is the hope of Mr. Richards and his employees that this award will enable the youth to develop abilities in areas such as leadership, social responsibility and academic excellence.

The team at Creative Perfection Car wash demonstrates that the importance of entrepreneurs to their communities goes far beyond the jobs and income they create.

“We basically, at Creative Perfection, came up with this award, to help those that need the help,” stated Mr. Richards. He continued, “We hope to assist parents and students that share the financial burden in SKN, even though education is free, some of us still struggle to get school supplies like school clothes, books and shoes.”

Mr. Richards disclosed that it is the aim of him and his team to target each primary and secondary educational institution in the Federation with this award, regardless of private or public standing. He stated that the students with the best results, academically, will receive the award this year, and announced that more detailed scholarship requirements would be provided at a later time.

The merit-based scholarship will distribute three awards this year to outstanding students. The scholars will receive a certificate, and the monetary prize to support their academic endeavours. The Beach Allen Primary School and the Washington Archibald High School were selected as the recipients for this year on St. Kitts; a school on Nevis has not been selected as yet.

Faust Richards was born and raised in East Basseterre, St. Kitts.  As a millennial he is driven by the desire to have a positive impact on his community and economy, whilst growing a successful business.

Mr. Richards works fulltime as a Production Officer at SKELEC. Creative Perfection Car Wash is his first entrepreneurial endeavour.

Founded in 2014, Creative Perfection Car Wash is located at Pond’s Estate Housing Development, and pride themselves as being experts in cleaning, polishing, and waxing of cars. “The safety of your car is top priority and every effort is made to achieve that ultimate end result that the customers desire, no matter how big or small, “ Mr Richards assured.

Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Education Mr Vincent Hodge has thanked Creative Perfection Car Wash for  and support to the development of the nation’s youth, and welcomes this and future opportunities to partner with this, and other entrepreneurs.
