BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - DIGICEL is proving to its customers why they are the bigger, better network with their ‘A call is call with more data’ upgraded prepaid plans and other services.
At a media launch Wednesday (Jul. 18) Digicel announced that they have broken the boundaries by listening to their customers and increasing the amount of data being offered in their quick pick prepaid bundles and in some areas, reducing the cost.
Plans now include local calls to any network, Digicel regional territories and numbers to the United States of America (USA), Canada and United Kingdom (UK) landlines.
Customers can now enjoy increased data, free WhatsApp messaging and rollover data and minutes.
Their plans include a reduced price 1-day plan, as well as 3-day, 7-day and 30-day plans, all of which offers increased data, SMS messaging and minutes, giving customers the ability to browse, chat, stream, send emails, download and upload files at faster speeds.
Digicel has also reintroduced its 14-day plan.
Ronan McGrane, Digicel CEO said that Digicel is putting the power in their customers’ hands and giving them the opportunity to do what they want in their own time.
“What we are trying to achieve is that consumers get exactly what they want, when they need it and they are able to manage it as easily as they want to manage it,” he told media representatives.
The CEO also announced that in the coming months, Digicel will be offering its customers a full-fledged upgraded network as the company will be rolling over to the LTE network.
Showing no signs of slowing down, Digicel also announced that, starting this Saturday (Jul. 21) and the following five Saturdays after that, they will be pulling out a Roadshow where they will be visiting several areas in six communities.
Digicel will be showcasing their new and upgraded plans and services, selling products, doing giveaways and offering information to new and potential customers.
