The following is an announcement from the St. Kitts and Nevis Customs and Excise Department (Nevis Division) regarding an auction sale on Monday December 03, 2018.
The general public is hereby notified that in accordance with the Customs (Control and Management) Act Cap 20.04 section 196; Her Majesty Customs and Excise Department Nevis Division would be having a public auction sale on items that were imported on or before August 13, 2018.
This sale is slated for Monday December 03, 2018, at 1 p.m. at the Brian David Courier Facility on Main Street in Charlestown.
Terms of sale is strictly cash on the fall of the hammer. Further, to accommodate this sale the facility would open at 8 a.m. and close at 12 noon.
A listing of the items that would be auctioned would be posted at the Ports of entry and other public areas in Nevis.
