On 22nd August, 2009, the East End/Long Look Community Centre will be electrified, pulsed and full of creativity as three young ladies compete for the 3rd Miss Teen Diva crown and three young girls for the 1st Miss Junior Diva crown. The pageants start promptly at 7:30 p..m. with the six talented contestants – teens, Danielle Charles, Fayana Antoine and Rashada Robinson, along with juniors, Kais Masson, Aryana Barrett and Najaire Campell.
The exciting segments for both shows are Creative School Wear, Diva Party Wear, African Diva Wear, Futuristic Wear and Diva Formal Wear. The Teen Diva Contestants will also be participating in a Question and Answer segment to determine who Miss Intellect is.
The night’s entertainment brings you some of the Virgin Islands greatest talents including Jeremy Vanterpool, our ‘magical minstrel’ on the saxophone along with other brilliant performers.
Tickets will be on sale on from 1st August, 2009 at Bolos Department Store and Elite Superette in Tortola and Rosy’s in Virgin Gorda. Adult tickets are $15.00 or pay $20.00 at the door and children tickets are $8.00 or pay $10.00 at the door. Come and cheer for your favorite Teen Diva and Junior Diva on 22nd August, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. at the East End/Long Look Community Centre.
