Basseterre, St. Kitts, October 10, 2018 – St. Kitts’ oldest resident died Wednesday, her great grandson, Dr. Terrance Drew announced.
“I would like to take this opportunity to inform all that my great grand mother Teresa Gladys Williams has passed away at the age of 105. She lived a very long life,” said Drew, a medical internist and the St. Kitts-Nevis Labour Party candidate for St. Christopher.
Ms. Williams celebrated her 105th birthday on July 4 this year.
Funeral arrangements are being made.
