Four charged for St. Pauls firearm find

    Basseterre, St. Kitts - THE four individuals who were held for questioning following the firearm and ammunition find in St. Paul’s last week have been charged. They were charged on October 27 and remain in police custody.

    The four,  Alex Jules, Vashney Jules, Everette Davis and Khaliq David, all of Willetts Housing Project, St. Paul's Village, were charged for Possession of Firearm and Possession of Ammunition.

    The joint operation, which resulted in the find, was conducted in St. Pauls on October 23 where one .357 Magnum revolver was found in a wall fence along with five matching rounds of ammunition and seven .38 rounds of ammunition. Seven .40 round of ammunition and a mask were also found in other locations in the village.

    The joint operation was made up of members of the Special Services Unit of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force, Her Majesty's Customs and Excise Department and the Regional Security Service.
