Basseterre, St. Kitts, November 15, 2018 (RSCNPF): A man from the Basseterre area was arrested and charged on November 13, 2018 for the offence of Indecent Assault.
The offence was allegedly committed on October 31, 2018. The victim reported the matter to the Police on November 09.
Police investigations into the matter are ongoing.
