Basseterre, St. Kitts - LIME has learnt with sadness, of the death of Keith Brownbill, an employee of Telecomms and Electrical Cable Services (TECS) and a former employee of Cable & Wireless. 

The Board of Directors, management and staff of LIME regret the untimely passing of a former colleague and extend its sympathies to the family of the late Mr Brownbill.
