BASSETERRE, St. Kitts, January 14, 2019 (Press Unit in the Office of the Prime Minister) – The Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis, Dr. the Honourable Timothy Harris, will be the special live in-studio guest when the popular radio call-in programme, Working for You, makes its 2019 debut on Wednesday, January 16, on ZIZ Radio.
“Working for You” offers news, views, reviews, interviews and all the happenings of the Team Unity Administration, which has pledged transparency, accountability, good governance and a fair share for all citizens of the Federation.
Prime Minister Harris will engage host, Mr. Lesroy Williams, in interactive discussions surrounding the growth and development being experienced in the twin island Federation under his Team Unity-led Administration.
The Honourable Prime Minister is also expected to comment on the various programmes and projects implemented by his administration that continue to lead to improved standards of living for thousands of citizens and residents.
These include the historic Poverty Alleviation Programme, which provides a $500 monthly stipend to households earning less than $3,000 per month. The first installation to those qualifying households was paid out on December 24, 2018, during a launch event held at Independence Square, Basseterre.
Prime Minister Harris, who is also Minister of National Security, will also touch on matters of safety and security, as well as the upcoming four year anniversary of his Team Unity-led administration.
“Working for You” is carried live every Wednesday on ZIZ, WinnFM and Sugar City Rock from 1:30-3:00pm and rebroadcast on Freedom FM, Von Radio on Thursdays from 7:30-9:00am and 10:30-12:00pmrespectively, and CBN-Radio on Sundays from 5:00-6:30pm.
