Meet Fayana Antoine, Miss Teen Diva Contestant Number Two.
With singing, dancing, surfing the net and track and field as her favorite activities, this poised 15-year old is ready to compete for the Miss Teen Diva title on Saturday, August 22, 2009.
Fayana is currently a third form student at the Elmore Stoutt High School and her favorite subject is English. Her favorite color is purple because “I just love the colour and the different shades of purple.”
We asked Fayana which segment she was most looking forward to and she confidently replied “the Diva Party Wear Segment.” Fayana loves the outfit she designed for this segment and very confidently states that she is sure to win this segment because her outfit will be the most creative.. In the Diva Party Wear Segment, the contestants are given two ‘odd’ colours that are not usually matched together to create an outfit that must consist of a half-half ratio of each colour.
Fayana thanks her sponsors, Kemuel Merry, Cliff Williams, Hon. Dancia Penn-Sallah Q.C., Mad Dog Gym and Just Right Car Wash, and all her family, supporters and chaperones for assisting with her preparations for the pageant. Fayana invites everyone to view and be captured by her creativity and all the great things she has in store at the Miss Teen Diva Pageant.
The Miss Junior and Teen Diva Pageant is set for Saturday 22nd August, 2009 at the East End/Long Look Community Centre starting at 7:30p.m under the theme “Living Life to the Fullest.”
The entertainment includes April Glasgow, J.A.D. and the VI Lander All-Stars - all talented and enthused artistes who are ready to entertain the audience.
