According to a police communiqué, family members had assisted the police in locating the Washington Archibald High School student who is unharmed and in good health.

It also stated that the police would work along with the Child Protection and Probation Services to further their investigations.

“The police is heartened by the number of persons who have contacted various police departments and officers, and sent messages through our social media platforms to express concern over this matter. We would like to thank everyone who reached out, in different ways, to inquire about J’Mique’s well-being and tried to assist with locating her,” the communiqué read.
