BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - CONSCIOUS Rastafarian singer Richie Spice is going to add some of his spice to the West Coast of the United States of America when he leaves Jamaica on Tuesday, August 25 for his long awaited tour.

According to 876radio, the ‘Brown Skin’ singer’s tour, which begins on August 27, will see him performing along with Spanner Banner in several locations across California such as the BMU Auditorium in Chico, the Dub Club in Los Angeles, the Columbia City Theatre in Seattle, the Rocket Room in San Francisco and The Aruba Hotel in Las Vegas.

Fans in Canada can also get a taste of the artiste as he is also scheduled to do a few gigs in Vancouver, Calgary and Edmonton before the end of the tour.

Born Richell Bonner, he is known for his hard hitting conscious lyrics on some of his more famous tracks, such as 'Youth Dem Cold’, ‘Groovin My Girl’, ‘Earth A Run Red’, and ‘Brown Skin’.

One of his more recent hits is ‘King and Queen’, and it features Bajan Soca sensation Alison Hinds showcasing a softer side and utilising her melodious voice.
