More than a Decade of support for TDC Interschool Championships
BASSETERRE, ST. KITTS – APRIL 15, 2019 – Flow was once again the proud Gold Sponsor of the TDC Interschool Championships which was held at the Kim Collin’s Stadium in Bird Rock from Friday 29th – Sunday 31st March 2019.
For more than ten (10) years Flow has partnered with SKN Athletics to guarantee that the event remains the biggest annual athletic attraction in the Federation. This year was no exception and there was extensive training at the various secondary and tertiary schools in anticipation of very keen competition.
“Flow continues to invest in the promotion of sports activities because of its impact on positive youth development”, said Flow Country Manager, David Lake, “we see it as an opportunity to support an activity that our communities are passionate about and to provide an opportunity for young athletes to benefit from developing their athletic prowess and in the process also helping to prepare them to become responsible and productive citizens.”
Lake also added his congratulations to the Charles E. Mills Secondary School (CEMSS) on their 6th Consecutive Title as they dominated the 43rd Edition of the TDC Interschool Championship. He also noted the strong efforts by BHS and CSS who placed 2nd and 3rd respectively. “It was a great day for Sports in the Federation and all the schools who participated should feel equally proud.”
