These were the words of Mr. Valentine Vallies” Liburd, when asked about the new Staff Developmental Program he has implemented at Vallies Tent Rentals and Moving Services. Vallies admits that the Company is still young but as Proprietor and CEO he is genuinely grateful to all his Clients and hard-working Employees who have allowed the Company to grow from strength to strength.
The new Employee Developmental Program is designed to train and reward staff for exemplary productivity. At the first Training Seminar, held during the 1st week in May, Staff were re-introduced to the Company’s Mission, Vision, and Values, which are all entrenched in Quality Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Loyalty. Mr. Liburd noted that he is currently preparing to construct a new Facility to better house the Company’s operations. The new Headquarters will offer improved Employee amenities, while serving to further enhance the overall experience of every single Customer. The new Headquarters will also allow for a wider and deeper product offering, more efficient delivery services, and a revitalized workforce.
