Basseterre, St. Kitts - May 29, 2019: Although he had never won before, “F.C.” decided to give the Caribbean Lottery’s Pick 4 game another try. After printing out the winning numbers, he realized he had won $10,000.
Despite not playing very regularly, the 35-year-old father of one observed, “Something in my mind kept telling me to try again.” When he won, he almost couldn’t believe it. “I was very surprised,” said the happy winner. He plans to think about what he can do with the money, in support of his child.
“We are excited to hear that we have a first-time winner,” said Sabina Harrinarain, Business Development Associate at The Caribbean Lottery in St. Kitts, while extending her congratulations. “We hope that this will encourage him to play more often. Pick 4 is one of our most popular games, and easy to play.”
A driver by profession, F.C. describes himself as a private person, who does not like loud parties. During a conversation with a friend, who convinced him to “try a thing,” he started playing Pick 4 “on and off,” he says. However, now that he has won, he thinks he might play more. He advises other players: “Try it out! Who knows, one day things might change!” He has found this out for himself.
