SPBS, July 10th, 2019 -- The Sandy Point Benevolent Society, (SPBS) invites you to join us on Saturday August 31, 2019, for its grand Awards Gala at Maestros Ballroom in the Bronx, NY.
Our theme for the occasion is Working together for a Brighter Future. “It was easy to settle on this theme”, says SPBS President Dr. Stewart Williams. “We believe the time was right to bring together and celebrate the tremendous contributions of other non-profit groups supporting the SKN and Caribbean communities”. Bringing so many groups together in one place will strengthen, empower and build a solid foundation of support for each group in the future. We will have groups are from St. Kitts, Nevis, Anguilla, Jamaica and Monserrat.
In addition, we will recognize two stalwarts of education in St. Kitts -- Mrs. Sylvia Mills and Ms. Irma Ottley.
The event will be held under the grand patronage of the Honorable Selwyn S. C. Walters, Bronx Hearing Office Chief Administrative Law Judge.
