    Basseterre, St Kitts - We have received reports of a fraudulent e-mail being sent to our customers purporting to be sent from the St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank Limited (NATIONAL) requesting information to verify activities on your account. 
     
    This e-mail is fraudulent. If you receive such an email DO NOT respond to this e-mail and DO NOT follow any instruction given in the email.  Recipients should consider the intent of this e-mail as an attempt to collect personal or confidential information, some of which may be used to gain unauthorized access to on-line banking services or to conduct identity theft. 

    From time to time, by way of e-mail based scams individuals attempt to impersonate established and reputable companies with the intent of deceiving clients into volunteering personal information. 

    NATIONAL does not send emails asking you to provide, update or verify your personal account or other confidential information. NATIONAL does not send emails with links directing customers to other sites.

    At NATIONAL we are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your banking information.  If you have received any e-mail of the type described above or have any queries regarding these situations, kindly contact the bank at 1-869-465-2204 Extension 1111 or 1112.
