BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - THE Federation yesterday (Dec. 9) recorded another confirmed case of COVID-19, this time it is a visitor to the island who arrived on November 25.
Confirmation was given by Chief Medical Officer Dr. Hazel Laws at last evening’s NEOC Media Briefing.
In providing details, Dr. Laws explained that the individual is a visitor who arrived from the United States of America and has since been in quarantine.
That goes along with the three confirmed cases announced last Saturday afternoon by the Ministry of Health.
This latest case brings the total number of confirmed cases in the Federation to 26, 18 on St. Kitts and eight on Nevis.
