BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - THE individual who is a person of interest in a string of serious offences that occurred in the Conaree area is now in police custody.
Police yesterday (Jan. 5) issued a Person of Interest bulletin for Troy ‘Marfish’ Francis for questioning in connection with the incidents, which were not indicated when they occurred.
However, they did promise that a statement would be provided on the individual.
In their statement yesterday, police said the Cayon/Conaree resident was armed and dangerous.
However, police this morning indicated that Francis was found last evening in the Newtown area.
