Police identify dead man found on Nevis

CHARLESTOWN, Nevis - THE body found in Nevis on Tuesday (Mar. 23) by police has been identified as 40-year-old Veon Sutton of Stoney Hill.
 
In a statement yesterday afternoon, police reported that it was sometime after 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday that officers responded to a report which led them to the discovery of the motionless body of a man along a bay at Bath Village.
 
He was pronounced dead on the scene by the  District Medical Officer who visited the area.
 
In order to pinpoint the exact cause of death for Sutton, police noted that an autopsy would be performed.
