Flow Welcomes New Commercial Manager to St. Kitts & Nevis

    Basseterre, St. Kitts & Nevis – May 25 2021 – The Flow family in St. Kitts and Nevis welcomes Ms. Lorraine Mitchell as Commercial Manager for St. Kitts & Nevis. Ms. Mitchell brings a wealth of experience in marketing and telecommunications to the Federation having joined Cable & Wireless since 2005.

     

    Throughout her tenure, Ms. Mitchell has held managerial roles across Marketing, Consumer Sales and Customer Experience and most recently as, Commercial Manager for Dominica. In her current appointment, Ms. Mitchell will also serve in a dual capacity as Commercial Manager for Turks and Caicos.

     

    “With almost 17 years of experience in our neighboring Windward Islands of Dominica and Grenada, Ms. Mitchell brings her track record of success to the Leewards. We are absolutely thrilled that she is based on our shores,” Country Manager David Lake said.

     

    Ms. Mitchell also shared her excitement about the role, which though formally commenced on February 1st, 2021, Ms. Mitchell’s arrival into the federation was delayed due to COVID-19 travel restrictions and protocols. “I am truly elated to be the new Commercial Manager of Flow St. Kitts-Nevis & TCI. It allows me the opportunity to introduce value added products, services and experiences to enrich the lives of our customers,” said Mitchell.

     

    As Flow continues to deliver products and services that are needed more than ever in a pandemic world, customers can expect even more emphasis on providing more value through its commercial efforts.
