BASSETERRE St. Kitts, 18th June 2021 — In keeping with the recently announced restrictions on movement, and to ensure the safety of our customers, the St. Christopher & Nevis Social Security will be operating on adjusted hours.
New Operating Hours:
St. Kitts
- Monday 14th June 2021 to Friday 25th June 2021
- 8:15 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Cashier closes one hour earlier at 1:00 p.m.
Nevis
- Monday 14th June 2021 to Friday 25th June 2021
- 8:15 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Cashier closes one hour earlier at 2:00 p.m.
Over the period of restricted movements, Social Security will endeavor to ensure business continuity through a number of paperless and contactless options.
All customers are encouraged to utilize the following based on their business needs:
CLAIMANTS – when filling your benefit forms, choose the direct deposit option and write your bank account number and banking institution. This will allow us to deposit your benefit directly to your bank account. There is also an option (once all the fields are filled) to submit your claim form via email: claims@socialsecurity.kn. *A completed Electronic Funds Transfer (E.F.T) form
MUST be on file.
BUSINESSES – when submitting invoices, place your business account number on your invoice and submit via email to: accounts@socialsecurity.kn.
PENSIONERS – Option 1: verify that you are alive through WHATSAPP VIDEO CALL at 869 662 8479 (customer service), Option 2: signed and stamped Life Certificates should be scanned and uploaded in pdf version to: lifecertificates@socialsecurity.kn.
ONLINE PAYMENTS – through the St. Kitts Nevis Anguilla National Bank and Republic Bank online payment portals.
