My name is Roshanni Hazel. I was born on the 30th of September 1994, to the proud parents Alexes and Ruth Hazel. I attend the prestigious Basseterre High School where I am a proud 4g1 student.
I’m currently studying 10 subjects namely: English, Mathematics, Principles of Business, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, History, Spanish and Geography; with my favorites being the sciences.
Reasons for pursuing the sciences are to further aid in my goal of becoming a doctor, with specialty in Obstetrics.
I am aspiring to become an Obstetrician because it is an interesting field, as it deals with evolution of human life and also because I have always been passionately driven to learn more about the Female reproductive system.
I consider myself to be self motivated, industrious, morally binding, respectful to persons and property, while still being fun-loving and family oriented.
Much thanks to my wonderful parents who have instilled good and strong moral values within me from a very tender age. I am of a quiet nature when in public, but around friends and family I am very jovial and full of life.
My reasons for entering this pageant are to help motivate and build my self-confidence, which will help me become an optimistic ambassador for my peers and be able to represent my country at times regardless of my location or professional status.
Hence, my personal motto “Winners never quit and quitters never win”.
The Pageant will be held October 30, at Carnival Village at 8 p.m.
