Placed on $50K bail
BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - POLICE have charged popular entertainer Kellian Hazel with Causing Death by Dangerous Driving in connection with an August 27 incident that resulted in the death of one.
In a recent media statement, police said that on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, 35-year-old Hazel of St. Paul’s was arrested and charged for the offence of Causing Death by Dangerous Driving and was granted bail that same day in the sum of $50,000 with two sureties.
Hazel’s bail condition is that he is to report to the Dieppe Bay Police Station every Thursday between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Police reported that on August 27, there was a fatal accident involving Hazel that resulted in the death of 21-year-old Keniqua David of Saddlers Village.
David was rushed to the JN France Hospital where she succumbed to her injuries.
