Douglas delivers the keynote address at the 7th annual luncheon of Hearts & Hands for Nevis Incorporated in New York on Sunday.
The St. Kitts and Nevis leader, who left here on Friday afternoon via Puerto Rico, has been invited by the non profitable Nevisian organisation to speak on the topic; "the Role of the Diaspora on the post sugar economy of St. Kitts and Nevis" at the elegant Autun's Caterers, Queens Village, New York.
"Since our interception on January 24, 1999, Hearts and Hands for Nevis Inc., has sought to engage in activities that have a positive effect in fostering well being, family values and cultural awareness among Nevisians and friends of Nevis at home and in the Diaspora," said Corresponding Secretary, Claudeth Byron Ishmael.
