BASSETERRE, St. Kitts - AS a way of giving customers more for their dollar, FLOW has launched its new family bundle packages that provide more internet and talk for subscribers.
The first of its kind in the Federation, the initiative affords FLOW subscribers the opportunity to bundle their family service into one billed package with more internet and talk time. Launched at both its Basseterre and Charlestown stores yesterday (Nov. 17), the Family Bundle Plan provides an option similar to what is offered in larger mobile markets.
David Lake, FLOW’s Country Manager explained the new offerings, disclosing that customers will have increased data and family sharing capabilities in one with their new suite of “affordable and value-packed family postpaid mobile plans”.
Under the new plans, every customer will get a minimum of 20GBs of data for their postpaid numbers, while a family of four will be offered 120GB which will be spread across the entire plan.
Under their new packages, subscribers could receive unlimited local minutes and text messaging options for as low as EC$80.
“With these new family postpaid plans, families can now stay connected with everything they love,” said Lake.
According to Lake, subscribers can also add their home internet to any of their postpaid plans and receive increased mobile data.
Lorraine Mitchum, Commercial Manager Northern Caribbean, outlined the various plans including the starter package which provides 20GBs of data, 4000 local minutes and 320 international minutes for EC$119.
The second plan, the Mobile Bundle Ultimate Package, offers 30GBs of mobile data, 4000 local minutes, and 500 international minutes for $139.
In the family bundle, the Essential Package for a family of two, 60GBs is provided with each user receiving 30GBs, unlimited local minutes, and 1000 shared international minutes for $200. Under the Family Package, a family of three will be provided with 90GBs of data, unlimited minutes and 1,500 shared international minutes for $270.
And the Family Max Package offers 120GBs of mobile data, unlimited local minutes, and 2000 international minutes for $320.
“We have studied the market carefully and we know what is offered elsewhere,” disclosed Mitchum.
It was disclosed that for anyone registering for the various packages they can either submit the numbers for the plan or it can be a solo option. Responding to a question of maxing out the data prior to the end of the subscription, Lake explained that in an event like that subscribers can purchase an additional 1GB of data for $10 with the option of doing an additional 5GBs.
