Basseterre, St Kitts and Nevis -- Each year the Sagicor team takes a day in November, to show appreciation for their customers, old and new. November is widely recognised in the service sector as Customer Appreciation Month and organisations universally take time to thank and reward their customers for continued support and choosing to do business with them.
This year the team opted to surprise customers who visited the office with a snack plate and a Sagicor bag of goodies.
Denrick Connor, Sales Manager for the Sagicor team said, “Our society continues to face great challenges resulting from the pandemic and this year our Customer Appreciation Day was very significant for us. Our customers mean the world to us, and these tokens of appreciation to those who visited the office that day are just small representations of the gratitude we feel to all our customers.
